- These Imperfect Mystery Boxes are PRE-PICKED, which means we won’t be accepting requests or preferences on what to include at this time. Although, if you’re a second time buyer (thank you so much!) and want to avoid getting the same piece, feel free to send us an email via the websites contact page.
- We arrange boxes with all types of unique crystals and forms. Synthetic, tumbles, raw, carvings, spheres, towers, jewlery, etc. You might recieve new pieces that haven’t been launched onto the site yet.
- The minimum amount of crystals you can recieve in one Myster Box is 1. For example, if you purchase a $15 box, you have the chance of recieving 1 crystal equating to that value.
- The value you purchase is the value you get. We don’t over charge. For example, if you order $15 worth of crystals, you will receive $15 worth. Often times you will even recieve more worth than the amount you purchased!
- Each mystery box will include a list of all crystals included so you can easily identify them.
- Refunds will not be issued for the sole reason of the customer not liking the pieces picked for them. If you’re worried you won’t like the crystals chosen for you, please buy the regular crystal products on our site.
- Photos included in this product are only examples. They are most likely not exactly what you will be receiving.
