Angel Realm Co is the operator of https://angelrealmco.com. by placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
The average shipping costs for US packages is $4.90 - $7.00. This price will fluctuate depending on the weight and dimension of the items you purchase.
We offer worldwide shipping, keep in mind it is naturally very expensive. We do not control the USPS shipping rates.
Processing time is currently 10-15 days unless otherwise stated at the top of the websites homepage.
First class shipping for US orders is on average 1-4 days. Priority is usually faster.
Shipping issues will need to be brought up with your local USPS or UPS. We will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages once it’s in the postal services hands.
Have a lost package?
- Ask your mail man or local post office if they’ve seen it or have more info.
- Look around your property (porch, bushes, etc)
- Ask your neighbors if it’s been delivered to their house.
• If your package is sent back to us for any reason, we will either issue a refund minus the prior paid shipping costs, or send you an invoice for re-shipment.
• Subject to stock availability - We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we contact you listing the items we’ve refunded. All refunds take on average 3-7 days to deposit back into your account. This time frame depends on you bank, not us.
• Shipping Costs -
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
• Return Policy - All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations due to change of mind. All of the items listed in Angel Realm Co. are photographed and described to the utmost accuracy. Since the representations of items are clear, you know exactly what you are receiving. If you have a concern about your order or are unhappy, please email us via the contact page. If there are missing items from your order or severe damage we will offer a refund for specific items.
• Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
• Transit time Internationally -
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
• Dispatch Time -
Orders are usually dispatched within 10-15 business days of payment of order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours (8 AM MST - 5 PM MST), except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
• Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Notify us immediately via the contact page.
• P.O. Box Shipping
Angel Realm Co will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
• Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
• Items Out Of Stock
If you ordered an item that was out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
• Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
• Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will be emailed a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see this email!
• Parcels Damaged In Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us via the contact page with photos and a description of your order. We will then assess your case and determine if a replacement or refund will be provided. You will be refunded by the same payment method that you originally used to place your order. Please note that it can take a couple days for the money to be deposited back into your account. We will not refund shipping costs.
• Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
• Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Angel Realm Co encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Angel Realm Co at the customers expense and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded. Refund will officially be issued when the package is in our hands. Please understand that extra costs may apply.
Some parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
• Returned Packages In the event that a package been returned to us, we will contact you and ask if you’d prefer it be sent out again, or a refund. If we don’t recieve an answer within 4 business days your order will automatically be refunded.
